The Squaw Man

The Squaw ManThe film is based on the same Broadway play by Edwin Milton Royle (1905). Directed by Cecil DeMille again transferred the history of the English aristocrat, who turned out to be in the Wild West, on the screen. The first two versions of the film were dumb (1914, 1918), and the third added a new dimension to it – sound. In the tape starred Hollywood stars of those years, Warner Baxter, who played the role of an Indian husband, and Lupe Veles, who played the same Indian.
